Night Shift Laminator
We are currently looking for a Night Shift Laminator to join our team at our Bordon site in Hampshire.
This is a night shift position, 4 days x 10 hours Monday – Thursday from 6pm – 4:30am. We offer Base Salary + Overtime Premium , a company pension, 23 days of holiday plus bank holidays and private healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
‣ Laminating and manufacturing high-performance composite components for F1 and automotive applications.
‣ Working from engineering drawings and lay-up manuals to exact specifications
‣ Preparing, laying up, and curing pre-preg carbon fibre
‣ Ensuring all parts meet strict quality and motorsport standards
‣ Maintaining a clean, safe working environment and adhering to health & safety requirements.
Skills
‣ Previous laminating experience is essential.
‣ Skilled in pre-preg carbon fibre lay-up and complex laminating processes.
‣ Ability to work accurately to tight tolerances and deadlines.
‣ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
‣ Good hand-eye coordination.
‣ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
‣ Positive attitude and team player.
‣ Problem-solving skills and flexibility.
