We are currently looking for a Trainee Trimmer / Fitter to join our team at our Bordon site in Hampshire.

This is a day shift position, Monday to Friday, with core hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We offer Base Salary + Overtime Premium , a company pension, 23 days of holiday plus bank holidays and private healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

‣ Trim, bond, and assemble carbon fibre components using engineering drawings and build manuals.
‣ Ability to read engineering drawings is advantageous but not essential.
‣ Maintain excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
‣ Ensure health and safety standards are upheld at all times.

Skills

‣ Passion for F1 and the automotive industry.
‣ Good hand-eye coordination.
‣ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
‣ Practical mindset and enjoyment of hands-on work.
‣ Positive attitude and team player.
‣ Problem-solving skills and flexibility.
‣ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

If you have experience in carpentry or metalwork or car repairs or similar these are all transferable skills.
